Quaker Floral Puzzle by Ink Circles

Quaker samplers typically have some arrangement of motifs that provide a pleasing layout. This chart uses bits and pieces of floral Quaker motifs in a symmetrical arrangement called a mandala. I call it a Quaker puzzle, as the motifs interlock like a jigsaw.

It's charted for DMC, and shown stitched in a pastel palette on Charcoal 40 count linen by Lakeside Linens. It would look very nice converted to silks or done in an alternate selection of colors.

225 x225 stitch count.
